(1) Set up a special person to be in charge of the command, lock the scraper conveyor, and check the new drum by the special person to determine the condition. The new drum is transported to the designated position for use. When replacing the tail roller, the tail cover must be removed first. .

(2), open the conveyor belt of the working face, and take the bottom groove chain to the bottom of the large roller to prevent it from slipping, remove the gearbox and take out the coupling, remove the roller connecting screw, remove the sliding block, and manually The hoist pulls the roller firmly and pulls it out. The manual hoist is fixed on the shed and the shed is double wedge beam.

(3) After lifting the new roller in place, install the stopper, tighten the connecting screw, install the coupling to dock the gearbox, connect the chain, and carry out trial operation.

(4) When lifting the gearbox, two 3 ton models of manual hoist must be used and lifted at the same time. The suspension point is on the bracket U-shaped hoisting ring or the truss shed. When loading and unloading, it is strictly forbidden to touch the hoisting and lowering gearbox roller with the hand, and use the brazing to adjust the direction. It is strictly prohibited to operate under the hoisting object.

(5) The on-site personnel must cooperate with each other and concentrate their thoughts. After the trial operation, confirm that there is no problem and leave.
